Who runs this

Sign-in
You sign in with Google. We receive your name, email, and profile photo. Your Google password never reaches us.
Optional connections
Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, Outlook (mail and calendar), social accounts, GA4, and Search Console stay off until you turn them on. Composio brokers Google connections and Zernio brokers social connections. When you use Inbox, conversation subjects, participants, message text, and attachment metadata are stored encrypted. Attachment files are not stored. You can disconnect any time in Settings.
What we store
We store tasks, notes, chats, Inbox conversations, settings, memories, push subscriptions, connection state, UTM links, and daily click totals. When a platform does not provide follower history, Sunday stores one confirmed follower count per day. Chat, note, and customer Inbox text is encrypted at rest.
What goes to AI
Messages go to OpenAI so Sunday can sort them. When you request an AI draft in Inbox, the selected conversation is also sent to OpenAI to draft the reply. Photos are read in memory for the text or sketch on them; the image file is not stored. Voice goes to ElevenLabs for transcription. Only the transcript stays.
Notifications
If you turn on web push, we store this device's subscription endpoint. Each device is opted in separately. Turning it off deletes that device's subscription.
Usage analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to see that the app is used, not to read your tasks. Task titles and chat text are not sent to GA4.
Where it lives
The app runs on Vercel. Data sits in Neon (Postgres). Both host it on our behalf.
Deletion
In the app: Settings → Your data → Delete all my data. The steps also live at /delete-account, which works signed out. Or email hello@sundayable.com. We delete tasks, notes, chats, Inbox conversations, memories, connections, tokens, and per-email usage counts. Global totals with no email stay.
